Meet Teresa
A woman on a mission; bringing incredible, high-quality baked goods and a whole lot of joy to the people she loves most.Teresa grew up baking for her family on weekends, holidays, and every occasion worth celebrating (Which let’s be honest, Teresa has never needed much convincing; a good rain after a dry spell, the first bloom of spring, or just a really nice sunset is deserving of a little something special.)
Opening a bakery had always been the dream, and in 2025, she made it happen.
She started by joining the High Peaks Farmers Market in Saranac Lake, and quickly built what can only be described as a cult following. Word spread fast. The pies vanished faster. Along the way she began partnering with local businesses like Harmony Hills, Early Dawn Bakery, and Saranac River Ranch Juice Company, — getting her goods into the hands of even more delighted people across the North Country.
Now she has her very own farm stand in Bloomingdale, just 15 minutes from Saranac Lake, a permanent spot at the Saturday Market, and a growing roster of local partners who simply can't get enough. Turns out, dreams bake pretty well from scratch.

On any baking day you'll find music playing, a little dancing, and love in the air. She'll tell you the pastries feel it; and honestly, one bite in, you will too.
Community First
Ask anyone at the Saturday Market; Teresa isn't just the pie lady, she's a familiar face and a reason to come back. Food is her love language, and she shares it freely.
Joy is the Ingredient
Teresa believes good food should make people feel something; and that intention goes into everything that comes out of her kitchen.
